netio.sys-related BSOD when Bittorrent 7.5 is active

Hi everybody!
First of all, I'm running Windows 7 Home Premium (64bit) SP1. It's the OEM version that came preinstalled on my newly bought (4 days old) Asus A53S K53SV.
I'm pretty much cross-posting this here from the Bittorrent forums, if only because this seems like the right place for this from my previous research on this.
Whenever I have Bittorrent 7.5 running (and seemingly only then), I get this netio.sys related BSOD after some minutes or hours (seemingly correlated to my downstream speed). The relevant dumps and the .HTML are attached as specified in your instruction post.
I've done quite a lot of research already, and what I got from several sources was that it could be only one of two (or both) things: an error pertaining to network drivers or antivirus software (specifically McAfee - while I had Norton, I still took measures, just to make sure). I already made sure my drivers for my WLAN device (Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 100) are as new as possible (even uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers) - I'm pretty much only online via WLAN. I also uninstalled Norton 360 and replaced it with MSE and Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware. I also let Bittorrent run with MSE deactivated once - still got the BSOD. So I covered the two options that were suggested - often successfully - in most discussions, which is why I'm coming here.

PS:
I'm sorry that the perfmon is in German, I don't know how to completely change the system language and I don't know if it's even easily possible on Win7 Home Premium - I hope you guys can still make something of it. The remarks pertaining to Cisco AnyConnect are because of my installed, but currently deactivated VPN client for my university. "Falsch" means "false" while "Wahr" means "true".

These were all related to netio.sys and usually that means your malware app is at fault.

I do notice Symantec which is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

As I said, I already removed Norton 360 and installed MSE prior. I did it via the uninstall option that came with Norton 360 though, didn't know that there was a dedicated removal tool. I'll run Bittorrent for a bit to see if the BSOD doesn't occur now.

My apologies on Symantec. Since you are already using sp-1, and the crashes are still being blamed on netio.sys I am beginning to wonder if it isnt in the OS.

If you havent please run a system file check to verify and repair the OS files.

Running sfc /scannow right now. Although the Norton Removal Tool said something about "uninstalling Symantec Updater" or something as well as "removing driver dependencies". If that wasn't just flavor text, it might have already done something.

Okay, Windows told me that SFC found damaged data and couldn't repair some of them. I can't make anything out of the CBS.log at this moment, so I've attached it in hopes of someone more proficient than me transcribing it.

Sorry its too big to be viewed in notepad. I would suggest doing a repair install from the win 7 dvd. be sure to backup prior to attempting the FFC /snannow

Well, since I ran the actual Norton Uninstall tool from their website, Bittorrent has been working like a charm, with up to 1MB/s (which brought me the BSOD in about 5-15 minutes usually), for about 5 hours now. Maybe the tool killed some interfering leftover Norton data? I'll let Bittorrent run for some more days, if there are no more BSODs, I'll mark this as "solved"!

Norton is very difficult to remove. I once has to format a drive to get rid of it.
