network popup on Wifi laptop no disconnect

I get this message several times a session approximately every 5 minutes. on my laptop
Shared album - D Grm - Google Photos
My wifi is working even when this message pops up and this laptop has never connected via lan. anyone know how I permanently get rid of this popup?

What is the exact SNID number on your Acer?
What is its model name and exact model number?

Acer 4743 series Acer Aspire 4743ZG-P632G50Mnkk Model no. ms2332 SNID 10603467020. It has built in wifi and I tried to disable that and use a TP-link Ac1200 Archer T4UH usb wifi and it works great but the same popup happens.

What exactly are you doing with your laptop when the pop-up appears?
It's my guess a software app or a function on the internet is causing the pop-up to appear.

I connect it via hdmi to my bedroom Smart Tv. It was purchased in Thailand. I turn on youtube at night and go to sleep listening to Warhammer 40k and various other scifi audio novels. I could use youtube on the TV builtin app but then I get all those god awful commercial interruption. But with the laptop I use firefox and block all that Ad garbage. I just double checked the SNID with my daughters young eyes and she confirmed that the one i posted is what is on the laptop label. The odd thing is that this started to occur about 4 months ago and I have been googleing, yandex, bing etc.. searching for a solution to no avail. I was hoping to find something I could do in the registry to disable the message popup. Because it has no effect at all on connectivity. Also this laptop is used for absolutely nothing else, it is basically a media center pc.

When I inputted that SNID number, I used the United States support site.
I just tried using the Thailand support site, but it's non-English and can't be read by me.

Considering how you use that laptop and how it's set up with your TV, you need help from someone else here.
