Could anyone recommend a software package (freeware preferably) to help draw up network topologies?

Ideally I would prefer a package that allows me to use (or add as an extension if necessary) Cisco 'icons' to do this since I am currently studying to sit my CCNP Switch exam in the next few months and it would help if I can have a diagram I can link to for the topology I have running for that particular set of notes.

Tacking on a second request - I would also be interested in any lab setups that may be out there to aid me in this but please note I'm not interested in exam dumps at all! What I would like, if possible, is something along the lines of the the material at GNS Vaults which gives you a topology and then asks you to perform certain actions relating to it something that may come up in the exam.

Thanks

You could use a online tool, there are free tools and free to use tools as Creately Network Diagram Software. They can be used to get your work done without any commitment if that is what you are looking for.
