Circledock doesn't come with Windows 7, but you can download it free from here,

Download Circle Dock 0.9.2 Alpha Preview 8.2 - Launch your programs from a circular dock. - Softpedia

O, and why don't you get the latest release of Windows 7? Deffinately a great improvement on 7000! (You can download the official Release Candidate, version 7100, from Microsoft for free!) Or download one of the later releases from a torrentsite. ;)

Personally I don't know why anyone would want something so ugly and useless stuck in the middle of the screen, what does it do that the default taskbar can't do better or even Rocket Dock or Stardock, I think the guy who conceived this idea probably came to the same conclusion hence the cease in development.

Circle Dock working fine here. I kinda like it. Can be hidden and can be set to appear under the mouse pointer when unhidden. You can of course put it anywhere you want and has lots of options.

Second that.

Plus it's buggy as hell.

Tried it out in case someone would ask about it, but got rid of it in about 10 minutes.
Totally useless crap. :D

Actually the author has not stopped development. Version 1.0 will be out soon according to the author: Coming soon - Circle Dock Version 1.00 - DonationCoder.com
I use the alpha version and do find it useful. The appearance is customizable and it certainly is not stuck in the middle of the screen. It may be hidden at will. This is freeware and I think it is a useful effort.

One major problem I see with Circledock is that it does not start with windows and I have to rerun the executable each time.....very annoying. I installed Nexus 9.11 free version and it is exactly what I need and very customizable. It is a very nice freeware dock program for Windows 7.
