And you checked the adatpers is turned ON (switch and in BIOS)?

well the lights on the adapter are on, i see no on switch but ive tried everything i could think of to turn it on incase its off, and there was no wireless option in the BIOS, only thing i found was PCI plug and play (which i enabled).
motherboard: Asus P7P55D BIOS version: 0501

MAC Address

Try setting or changing your MAC adress

Follow this steps:

Network and Sharing Center
Change adapter settings
right click on adapter name, then Properties
Configure
Advanced tab
Network adress

By default, "Not present" value it's on. Just click on the blank field and write the MAC address you want

make sure also that work offline has not gotten checked from all the failed connection attempts IE tools work offline make sure there is a red x

radio make sure is on
power saving off or constantly awake

not familiar with your router is there a rest button if so try a reset like i said also look for MAC address filtering and turn it off reboot router and computer make sure router and adapter are on same wireless channel

no problem only took me a minute to figure out what was going on lol

ive done everything but cant see country region channel on the router so i tried all of them, none worked, so i out it back to 1-13

normally in the router it would not say country region just under wireless settings you would have a choice for channel

well, in honesty the BT homehub is very bare and hasnt got alot of options, and bt tech support were of no help either
