My work has run out of ideas to help me. The avaya support forum requires you have a sales number to register and post.
Hopefully you guys have an idea.
I am using avaya one-x agent. When I try to run the run program, it goes through all the proper steps yet gets stuck on 'Connecting' never actually being connected. I have opne system, dual partition, 64bit and 32 bit and I am having the same problem on both OS'. I can put in coworkers info and the same thing happens. Yet coworkers put my info into their onex agents and it connects fine. That leads me to think it has to be something on my computer. But being that it is happening on 32bit and 64bit I have no ide of where to start checking. If I cannot get it to work I wil have to foreit working from home which I do not wish to do for obviosu reasons. Any help or advice would be appreciated. I have already uninstalled all avaya compelte,y cleaned every instance of it from the registry and tried again. It just refuses to connect on either one of my OS'. (They assure me it is no on their side (work ip server for avaya) because oth coworkers use my credentials on their computers with their one-x agent and it connects fine. I am at a loss.
TIA
