Will Norton Security be enough security after windows 7 support ends?

For a while it could be, but really nobody knows and any answer given would just be a guess.

The safest thing to do is upgrade to a modern and supported operating system

It would seem likely that Windows 7 will join XP and Vista in Maintenance Mode. It is not clear when that may be, Vista had been unsupported for over a year before going to Maintenance Mode.

Maintenance Mode means that the Norton client security software installed on Windows XP and Windows Vista will continue to receive certain services, like malware definition updates, but that certain other services, like new product capabilities, will no longer be provided.
