Few months ago i've started to encounter Ntdll.dll errors, it first appeared after i've tried to play The Crew from uPlay.

I've tried re-installing the game, however it only worked when i downloaded the trial part (the thing you can play before the download is over) and full installed game would start, i get same problem. Ntdll.dll

Now i kinda didnt mind it that much, one game doesnt work ok, plenty of more fish in the sea.

-BUT

It started appearing in other games and they wont start:

Need for Speed Most Wanted
Dirty Bomb
Paladins
and one or two more which i cant remember right now

Need for Speed has worked for me before, but i've tried reinstalling it last week and i got Ntdll.dll error.
I've taken this from NFSMW error pop-up

Sadly my hardware is getting older, and games are getting more advanced, so i've removed the antivirus to speed the PC up.

Another issue about it is that antiviruses conflict with way too many games, and i've acctualy ran some Malwarebytes tests and it detected few viruses, but only issue about them is that they got me banned on GTAV online.

So what Malwarebytes did is deleted very essential program which cannot be installed anymore because the server for licences is broken, and installed exe wont start... Anyways

I have Jeffo and couple of other viruses, but again, dont really care about removing them since they do not pose any threat besides possible Ntdll.dll error.

Or you could try the easier option of downloading the correct ntdll file from the link below, make sure its the exact version that you've already got and copy the original one on your pc somewhere safe as mistakes can happen.
After selecting the download there is full instructions of where this file is located on your pc.

I've actually tried replacing the file, but it doesnt allow me. I've tried with administrator aswell.

I've tried some of the solutions from the article you linked, and sadly they didnt work or were issues for older windows OS

Malwarebytes Anti Malware is not a anti virus program. As it's name implies, it's a anti malware program.

Have you tried Microsoft Security Essentials as a anti virus?

It's free from Microsoft.

I am suggesting, trying to repair a system until one know the system is clean of all infection, in my opinion is not the proper methods.
Other members play games while using a anti virus program.
Of course because it's your computer you do as you please
