LOL. looks like windows has decided to change it's drive letter.
D/l the FREE Rescue Kit Express | PARAGON Software Group - free partition ...
Boot it , select Normal Mode>Boot Corrector>Correct drive letters in system registry.
Change the win7 drive letter to what it was originally ( I assume it called itself C when you booted into 7 before? ) If so, change it to C.
