Nvidia driver 475.14 destroyed video output. (obsolete/resolved)

So, I decided to install 475.14 instead of 473.81 - it was an awful decision, especially because the functionality is the same since October 2021. It rebooted, and boom - there's no video output after the animated logo - the system started up with the sound. I'd like to highlight that it's not related to UEFI/CSM. What could be the solution? I have a working installer for 473.81, but I can't navigate. I have complete access to Windows 10, WinPE, Ubuntu and Debian. Any help is highly appreciated!

Edit: it's the weirdest issue I've ever stumbled upon on. Enabling integrated graphics let me fix my install.

Have you tried booting from win setup and do system restore that way? That is to say you have system restore enabled.
Or :
Press the F11 key as soon as it powers. This will open the "Advanced Startup" options. On the Advanced Options screen, select "System Restore". The computer will reboot.

I had a similar issue last year and system restore did the trick for me.
Good luck if you haven't already sorted it out

Now my story and experience:
Drivers since v460+ are terribly heavy and broken. Afterburner has error in readings every few seconds between 0 to actual value during work.
Additonaly my screen was also turning black, but thanks to integrated vgraphic card on my CPU - laptop has swithed to integrated.... so I saw bubble poppup in start displaying that connected device was removed and disconnected (!!!)
So Ive launched device manager just to see yellow ! mark by my GPU - and notice that device is disconnected... FROM LAPTOP?
Also after upgrade to new drivers, my gpu efficiency has fallen dramatically. Reverting to even older drivers and reinstalling image had not helped. I believe these idiots has sabotaged their old card vbios to reduce efficiency; because games which were working flawlessly, now does not works even on lowest settings.

EDIT
I was right. The last good driver happens to be ... 470.05 DCH because on this particular one, devs has forgot to include encryption and artificial limits to some logics.... thanks to which people has been able to mine cryptocrap. This has been castrated back again in next patch, making reverting to old vbios impossible. Same tactic as samsung bios updates. So if you have never updated over 459xx then you should be good. If you ever followed by your master command to update everything daily.... then you have it your way.
