I don't really know how to explain this very well.

Towards the bottom-right of my screen, there is a little rectangular area that looks just a little "off" when compared with the rest of the screen. It's right above the area on the right of the taskbar where the message center and language bar, etc. are. It's not like it's a different color, it just seems to be a bit darker than the rest of my monitor, but I'm not even sure if that's how to describe it properly because it's not always like that. It's much more noticeable on dark colors than light, and it disappears completely (seemingly) when looking at a pure white image. It also does not appear if I print screen and paste in Paint. All of my specs are in my profile.

This is not a huge, experience-ruining problem, but it occasionally bugs me, and I'd like some help with how I could troubleshoot it to see what is likely the issue. Please ask if I didn't provide enough information. Thanks.

Hi ... Strange problem you have ... I know you have tried your best to describe the issue ...

But with out seeing it really hard to tell what the issue could be ...

You have stated you have tried print screen to no avail ...

I doubt that the snipping tool would work but worth a try ...

If that fails maybe a picture with your Mobile ? ...

Hello, and thank you for the replies.

Unfortunately, no real progress--the snip tool was a good idea, but the results were the same as prtscrn. I tried taking a picture with my mobile, but the effect was too subtle for it to pick up. Safe mode and a clean boot also didn't seem to have any effect.

Honestly at this point, I'm willing to believe it's either my eyes tricking me or a very slight problem with my screen's pixels. Thanks for your help, but I don't really think this is going to get anywhere. It's not a big deal; it's only barely noticeable if you focus.

You have dual Graphics are you able to switch them ... Or is it auto ? ...

Does the issue happen with both Adapters ? ...

Having dual Graphics you should only get the Drivers from the Vendors Website ...
