Office 2007 (under Win 7 Ultimate) change language from Eng to Chinese

I have been searching and googling
1. change default display language to Chinese
2. Using the language tools to change
3. Changed the Windows 7 default language
4. Download language pack

All DO NOT work.
Any new idea?

Is your copy of Windows and Office genuine?

If they are, then you may download Office language pack from here: article: language accessory pack for office

Just select the version of Office applicable to your instillation, and then select the language you require.
