Office 2010 Error Install beta versi0n

Im having trouble with Office 2010 it give me an error from retriving the Temp file for the installation

I have added i pic of the Error Msg

Please anything you can think of will greatly Help Please..

you need to manually remove the leaked build that you had installed (just guessing)

follow these instructions, replaceing 2007 with 2010 and office 12 with office 14
How to manually uninstall the 2007 Office system if you cannot uninstall it by using the "Add or Remove Programs" feature
