OneDrive - client synchronization problems -> files never synchronized

Hello everybody,

I have been trying Microsoft OneDrive for Windows 7 for a while (installed onto two Windows 7 PCs updated to the latest patch);
well, I have no errors whatsoever, but the onedrive client seems to NEVER synchronize the files that I modify / rename / add etc. from the Onedrive WEB interface
(I have installed onedrive client onto two different computer in order to see if the problem was a single PC, but unfortunately it behaves like this in both )

I also tried to wait for HOURS and hours..nothing..the changes on the PCs are never synchronized / replicated
I really don't understand ... it's so absurd .. :huh:

the onedrive client is the "normal" Onedrive client updated to the latest version avaliable;
my account is a normal microsoft account "free" with 5GB of Onedrive storage space.
on the smartphone, no problem, the changes made from the web interface are immediately replicated.
..
synchronization on the PC occurs only if I do the following:

- if I manually terminate and restart the onedrive client, then the changes made on the web interface are synchronized on the client / pc.

while the opposite works, ie.: if I add / rename / files etc. in the "onedrive" folder of the pc, in the onedrive web interface you can see changes made almost immediately.

Can anyone tell me if this is "normal" behavior ?
or if not, how can I do in order to solve the synchronization so it occurs on the PC after changes made in the Onedrive web interface?

p.s .: apart from the above problem, can you confirm that the maximum size limit for a single file to be uploaded to OneDrive is 15GB?
or is it 10 GB?
