Good morning IT folks and enthusiasts alike. I've got a weird issue with one of my end users. I recently deployed a Lenovo T460s to him, with Win 7 Professional and Outlook 2013 Pro Plus, and he uses multiple monitors.
He's got this weird issue where when he has Outlook open on one screen, and opens a message window, moves it to another screen, and then does something else where the message loses focus, he cannot give the message window focus unless he gives the main outlook window focus first. Additionally, while the main outlook window is open on one screen; his context menu on ALL screens appear to be coming from Outlook. For example, on monitor 1 he has Outlook's main window maximized, and on monitor 2 he has nothing but desktop showing. If he was to right click on monitor 2's desktop, you would see a context menus that you would see if you right-clicked on a message in outlook, even though the cursor is on a completely different monitor.
I don't know that anyone else has seen this, the Googs hasn't been helpful, so I turn to you.
Thanks!
