I have kaspersky running as my antivirus and also set to scan emails for spam etc.
The problem is after a couple days of learning the spam, outlook all of a sudden says unable to move message spam folder cannot be found, outlook needs to shutdown. Open outlook and cant find spam folder at all it gets deleted somehow.
When I turn off antivirus all is good, but the spam gets through- obviously have to manually delete it.. When I uninstall kaspersky reboot and reinstall all is good for the 1st few days and then boom sh%@s the bed. I dont want to go back to symantec endpoint.
Wondering if this may be a windows7 thing or a kaspersky or outlook problem. Seeing if anyone else has ran into this same problem or has this setup and does not have problem. either way I'd like to know - thanks
