PC Boot problems - startuprepairoffline / norootcause

Hi guys, not sure if I'm doing this right but in a rush and looking online has failed me (probably user error honestly)
Turned my computer off last night and woke up to find it failing to boot, and finding nothing in the startup repair but:

opened it up today and got rid of all the dust to no avail. have all the windows 7 discs/manuals available.

Would you guys be able to help me figure this out? Havn't had any success of my own.
