Bit more information. How are you trying to get into the bios? It does not automatically boot into bios.

It poots to Windows only, keyboard is fine all keys works.

Did you still get into the BIOS successfully after you updated it ?

How did you update the BIOS? Is your keyboard a USB keyboard? You may have to connect a PS2 keyboard or reset the BIOS so that Legacy USB support is enabled. If you do decide to reset the BIOS to fail safe defaults you will need to do it via the motherboard jumper or by removing the battery.
