Solved PC freezes after 5 mins during gaming and BSOD error 0x00000101

I'm playing games at my PC when suddenly it freezes unresponsively, the only way is to restart by hitting the reset button on the cpu case. It all started when I bought a new 600W power supply because my previous PSU died. If i wait like a minute after it freezes it gives me a BSOD error 0x00000101. I don't know what is the cause of the problem but I'm suspecting that its the CPU itself. Because it's been like two years since I cleaned it and put on some thermal paste.

Brand of the PSU? Maybe its so cheap that it decided to give you a warning about taking other parts to death.

It's just a cheap trigon 600W PSU

Bad idea my friend, buy 80Plus certified PSUs like Corsair, Seasonic, Antec, etc.

That PSU will likely fail and take other computer parts such as Motherboard, CPU, Graphics Card and many more. That PSU doesn't have a certification because it is likely that its components are not good (Capacitors, etc).

Just letting you know I think I solved the problem. I was just reading an article about this BSOD error and I just followed the steps. He just decreases the vcore of his processor. I did the same I decreased mine from 1.36250 to 1.32500 and I'm playing for 4 hours straight without a single blue screen thanks anyways
