Solved PC not connecting to the internet, modem is fine, maybe its the driver

I had to format this PC because it came with windows 8 and i didnt like it so i just bought a copy of 7 and installed it normally, but as soon as it booted for the first time, i noticed that i couldnt connect to the internet, even with the ethernet cable, and well my first idea was to install the drivers from the pc, but i cant find any ethernet drivers for the cm1745 motherboard and now i request for help because all ive got is a really crappy Samsung Galaxy Ace (yes, wireless works fine) to browse through the internet and its really slow.

so if anyone has an idea of how to fix my internet problem, please help. really dont know what to do and this phone isnt helping much...

I couldn't access the support part because my phone squished the whole page into a huge piece of text and weird images, making almost impossible to handle, now I have internet againDD thanks!
