Can you delete the file? Does it come back as a similar size when you open then close CS5?

Also, as large as it is, it's not 30GB

WHile I run PS I cam't delet it,but after I close the program it autodeletes.
It depends on the width,weight and resolution,for example 1024x1024 with 72 resolution it fills up 30 gb,but with the resolution set on 1 it takes less.

How big is the file you're working with (in megabytes)? It should only be the size of the file that gets cached. Are you working with 30gig files???? :shock:

No,the file is about 3 mb.
