Solved Picture and video is going crazy when i copy them. Help!!!

Hello. My sister have a camera. She copy pictures and video's to her computer. When I need a picture/video from her we put an usb into her computer. She copy the files over to the usb normaly. But when i put the usb into my computer and open the picture or video it screw up. I think the picture is desroyet but in where. On her computer the pictures is normaly. But when se open the pictures on the usb then it is alsow bad like on my computer.

What is wrong? I use the stardard picture viewer?

Is the usb port on the front of the case, back of the case, or is it a laptop?
