Playing Games Then disconnects from game and no connection.

Can someone help i found the culprit but i don't know how to delete it

And its connected to this folder

Which i found inside were logs of what i typed and opened plus screenshots that i cannot open

It shows up in task manager once my game disconnect or go offline by itself which is not common

my specs is okay but i think its a virus cause it has this task in task manager

Im playing dota 2 but i think its uploading the files it recorded and screenshot because the internet slows down a bit then goes up again.
And i found an exe in System32 folder which was named GFX.exe and i deleted it but the process is still in task manager
