Please help - Windows 7 x64 shutting down, is it my graphics card???

ATI HD Radeon 4800
- original installed OS on the system
- OEM

- age of system (hardware) : less than 1 year old

This is the error msg I get upon start up. Please help! I've updated the driver for my ATI card but dosen't seem to be helping, this happened before and after updating the driver.
