Because i dont get the final wiuv..
can say how to do step by step in skype? gmai? or facebook?

First , take ownership of explorer.exe (Take Ownership of file - Vista Forums) , then rename explorer,exe to explorer.old, and the put the supplied explorer in C:\Windows .

I hope you have applied the theme successfully . Patching with right version (32 bit or 64 bit; as per your os) of patcher, copying the theme in C:\Windows\resources\themes, and applied it.

Now, the explorer.exe will change the start button only. Nothing more. You may apply the start button (View attachment Apple Real.zip) with Windows 7 Start Button Changer . This will also give you a mac like start button .

Do this, and if there is any further query, ask here. The benefit of this place is it is full of a lot of knowledgable members who can help you, and always more is better than one

BTW .... Just downloaded the theme, but could not extract at all It is blocked by avast as a virus, and moved to chest .

I know how to patch theme, and upload it, but i dont understand and cant replace all .dll files and explorer.exe If i change just explorer logo it would be not like in picture :S It is another task bar i think :? I will wait Sergio Garcia if he comes to my thread and explains how to change these .dll and .exe

Had another run ... it says Adware .

Please dont go for it, BigMan . There are a lot of good ... better mac themes on deviantART. Apply any of them . It's my suggestion to you, as a friend

Could be a false positive

OP: I will make another post on how to replace these files later today, i'm just checking in right now Sorry i didn't reply yesterday cuz i feel asleep

Also if you want a good Mac theme (sagorpirbd's osx themes are kinda buggy/ugly IMO) try Caesar Port by Aaron-A-Arts or Snow Leopard by giannisgx89 (both available at DeviantART). Those are way better

Okay, this is how you do: Use Download Windows Theme Installer 1.1 Free - Install Windows 7 & Vista themes easily - Softpedia

From that app you can change most system files in order to make the theme as it should be. But please that doing this can make you system not able to run properly if the files you are replacing have older file version numbers than your current. This you can check on the different file locations by opening the files/dll/exe with a tool like Restorator. Also you have to make sure that the files you are using to replace your original system files with are 64-bit or 32-bit. It depends on your version of Windows which ones you should use.

Instead of using the software it can be done manual, they way Arc mentioned earlier.

BTW i think (Not sure) that if you create system restore image before you do this you should be able to use that system restore to get it back working in case something goes wrong. But you will most likely not be able to access this system restore point from your Windows install. You will need to either boot up into the repair Windows part, or insert your windows 7 disc and do it from there (under repair system)
