Plese help me, how to fix initializing DirectX plugin error

i'm sorry if my english is bad.
I've install sony vegas pro 11 and i try to open it when loading at initializing DirectX it stopped and showing message like this

I try to search to google. some said to uninstall newblue FX. But i try to find in my pc and i can't find it or maybe i don't know where i've to search, maybe someone know where is it ?.
And some said : "Direct X plug ins" refers to third party software connected to the sony movie studio. then i don't know what exactly is it mean.
i mean what are these software that the third party is. Please help me, coz i really need this software. thank you

Install Visual C++ Redistributable 32bit 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013
