Solved Pop-up to type Admin password when login to a Standard user

Hi!
I have few computers, all running win7 home premium 64bit WITH SERVICE PACK 1 !
Unfortunately only some of them gives me the option to type administrator password when I'm trying to change configuration/install applications and such.

I'm not sure what is the different between these computers, maybe I'm missing something.

Please help me find how to enable this option on the other computers, It is really handy for me.
