Solved Prevent ANY program from creating new tasks in Task Scheduler

Sorry guys for mixup with my previous thread since the title was wrong.

What I need help for is how to temporary freeze or block Task Scheduler so that no programs will be able to create new tasks unless I allow it.
Is there any software that can do it?

Very happy with this buid.
I struggled a lot to find all compatible parts since I wanted an Intel 1151 based motherboard so to be able to install Windows 7.
I chose this case because it has amazing air flow, it's sturdy and looks good.
The case included 1x 200mm front and 1x 120mm back fans, I added 1x 200mm on the top and 1x120 bottom fans and modded the panels with black stockings for women s
Try GPedit (group policies).

Creating or modifying any task at the task scheduler requires administrator permission, so the solution is pretty simple: When UAC prompts for your admin password, just say NO. Only programs that you elevate will be able to tamper with task scheduler.

The main purpose of blocking task manager was to prevent Yandex browser tampering with my system by force updating and by recreating files and tasks I previously deleted.
I call it hacking so I uninstalled that stupid software.
