Solved Primary Hard disk transfer rate is slow

Not sure what answer you are looking for, your hard disk is/has failed partially, this problem may or may not get worse but looking at the report above no errors were found so it may have stabilised ??? cant be sure
You can either live with it and hope it doesn't get worse or you can replace the hard drive with a new one
