Printer not Printing with Windows 7

We have a networked desktop PC that connects with a virtual USB port ... we upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7x64. We have loaded (and reloaded) the Universal Driver and the Software for the printer for Windows7. We are trying to print to a HP P2055dn printer. We can load the printer but it won't print. Am I missing a driver file somewhere or a setting?

Try using this driver that seems to be the one for W7: HP LaserJet P2050 Series PCL6 Default Install
HP LaserJet P2050 Printer series*-* HP LaserJet P2050 Series PCL6 Default Install - HP Business Support Center

To change the driver:

1. Uninstall (remove) the printer from Devices and Printers
2. Unplug the printer from the computer
3. Restart the computer
4. Install the driver package from the download
5. Plug in the printer when requested.
