Earlier I created a home group and had a two computer group. The home group was on a desktop using W7 Professsional. The other computer is a laptop connected through a router. I was able to let the laptop use the printer that was physically connected to the desktop. Now, The laptop died and was replaced with a new laptop. I am unable to get the two computers together as a group and allow for printer sharing. I would like to start over and get rid of the home group on the desktop if necessary and then get the two computers joined in a home group. I can NOT figure out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Keith

You should try and leave the Homegroup then create a new one and rejoin with both machines. The link shows you how. If you have having any problems leaving the Homegroup then let me know. :)

Problem Solved

Problem solved. I am using Bitdefender and their firewall prevented the share setup. Suspended the firewall and it worked. Thanks for the reply anyway!

Yes third party firewalls require a bit of tweaking to work with Homegroups. Thanks for reporting back in.
