Problem in auto restart !

this is first one to write topic .
I want say first my English Language not very well , so I'm sorry .

anyway .. I have problem .. maybe from two days go my computer restart by itself ..
I mean when I work normal on my computer suddenly my computer restart ..

can I found solve for this problem ?

Was their a BSOD? Do you have Windows Update set to download and install automatically?

if you have windows 7 beta build then it auto restart every 2 hours. if it restarts every 2 hours. then your going to have to upgrade to windows 7 or back down to vista or xp

yes , it is blue secreen .
I don't understand about update auto , it's auto , how can I check ?
