problem in joining to a domain

hi
i install windows 7 ultimate on my system.now i want to join to a domain but in "Computer name" tab , NetworkID is deactivate.what can i do about it ?

Are you saying that the "Change Settings" is greyed out. and are you logged on as administrator?
