[PROBLEM] Issues with Accessing a Shared Drive.

Hello,

I am getting errors when trying to connect to a shared drive in my office network. I am getting this error message.

We use Wifi with Tunneling enabled from Client's network

\\[Server Name]

Network is not present or not started.

How can I resolve this problem.

Note: Some of my collegues in same network are able to connect to this shared drive without issue.

We need more info, where is the shared drive located ? what's the ip of the shared drive vs the ip of the client, are they on the same subnet ? what specs do you have configured on the tunneling portion of the network setup ?
