As You can see in ss some toolbar is missing

only workaround i found was backup reg from another same os and merge it prob system however it will show toolbar but not solutions as soon as we uncheck that reg added toolbar it gone again for ever
Also reg added toolbars show not name but show checked icons if still didn't get it what is workaround then tell me i will upload more ss

This problem is really frustrating i even tried replace explore.exe and exporerframework.dll still not worked

The toolbar that i mostly willing to toggle is networx desk bend toolbar that is installed when we install application
And tablet input toolbar

Looking forward for genius answer excluding clean install or reformat

OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit gdr latest build

Also tried repair user profile by creating tmp profile move data from original and then delete old and create new with same name

And after 2nd restart again that problem

I just made another partition and installed and updated win 7 rtm ver as the current os is gdr however i use same build and iso on my desktop but it having not such problem but after i updated newly installed rtm build it doing random bsods i already created thread on bsod help section with dump and logs
