I'm using the windows live essentials 2012 I believe.
When I create a new folder and copy videos to it from another using Windows photo gallery, the videos copy to the folder and can be seen outside of the gallery but I cannot see them in the new folder when opened in the gallery.
Usually using F5 will refresh the page, Re-generating wlpg photo cache, http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944221/en-us Traditionally a user would use Cut and Paste to prevent duplicates from being created. After looking at your other thread If you click on the Blue file button and click on Include folder/ Navigate to the location where you made the new folder and click on Include folder.
