Product Key Issue

My Hard Drive crashed. After installing the new HD, I tried to do a fresh install and I was informed that my product key is invalid.

Why is that? My copy of Win 7 was purchased at the Microsoft Store on that pre-release special they ran. Can't be any more valid than that.

I'm running off my Acronis backup, but I am still concerned about this product key issue.

Who do I call?
