So, I am trying this with windows 8 but i feel that it would be the same for both 7 or 8.
I was wondering if you could install windows and then move your program files from the C: drive and on to another hard drive but create shortcuts of both the files and places the shortcuts in the C: drive?. my reasoning for this is that I have a SSD (solid state drive) and I had installed an operating system on it. Well it was very fast except for the fact that it was only 120 GB. so I quickly ran out of space, And i was curious If I could just not store my programs on that drive?. Thanks for the help!
