Program will not open

hi all new to this forum, had a look around and its great, i need some help, their is one program on my computer that just will not open at all, i have tried everything i have no viruses on this machine at all ran everything i could to detect them and came back with nothing, i have tried the program on other machines in my house and it works fine so its not due to any recent windows updates, i have uninstalled it numerous times and reinstalled and still wont work i keep getting this message. (PICTURE ATTACHED). if anyone could help me would be great.

that runtime error IS generally related to a virus, Subseven, i would suggest
1) malwarebytes free if you havn't already tried it
2) Eset on line scanner, (dissable any other AV whilst using it)
