Programs going down (minimize) suddenly and can't maximized

My programs are going down (minimize) suddenly and I can't maximize them. I 've scanned for virus by Kaspersky internet security 2010 but it found nothing. Please help me:(.

Does pressing the WIN+D key a couple times help? How about clicking the "Show Desktop" button to the right of the clock? Alt+Tab?
