Programs not running - win 7 64 bit

I'm having a lot of trouble with programs not running. They install perfectly but when you go to run them the icon just spins and then goes back to the cursor. Have tried all of the compatability settings but ng.
Here is the list so far
Gigabyte EasyTune 6
Gigabyte Smart Recovery
MyLabel Designer Deluxe
Advanced MP3 Cataloger
CDBox Labeler Pro
VuePrint Pro
The ones that have me concerned are the ones from Gigabyte. All versions installed are 64 bit....Thanks to all

Hi Bigboy65 and welcome to Windows 7 Forums

Have you tried right-clicking and selecting Run as administrator? After providing administrative credentials, you may find that these programs run.

Yes I have tried that and all compability settings going back to win 95 but still cant get them to work....dont know what to do next
