Solved Ran Windows Update this AM, when it finished, I had no Update History?

Then I rebooted and was presented with:

I still have no Update History.

Yes it can be removed, not easy but it can.

FYI: If you ran a tool that deleted the software-distribution folder your are currently SOL. Renamed you can, well, rename it back to original. No you can't just change a Folder protected by Trusted Installer, I can, & I can show you how! Security Permissions are EVERYTHING with an OS.
