Random BSOD about ntoskrnl.exe or jmcr.sys

my brother purchased a Toshiba A500 and for somedays he had been having BSODs during gaming, during skype or just on the desktop. He told me about the problem and he was talking about this "jmcr.sys" file. I checked the laptop and internet about this and it says it is a memory card driver. I tried to update it to the latest but it is still going on.

also when i try to watch a movie from the internet, the sound is interrupted buy some "click" like noise. randomly. it is like the sound card is not able to handle the source. but i think this is not the case because i tried several sound sources. The same.

Now i am suspicious about Realtek HD audio driver, Nvidia hd audio driver and this jmcr.sys.

I forgot to say that this bluescreens happened after I recovered my brothers laptop from the manufacturers recovery media.
