Random BSOD Error Code 100000ea

Hi all,

The dreaded keeps happening randomly on my 9 year old laptop, it's been running solidly for the whole 9 years up until 2 days ago, when this BSOD keeps randomly striking it down.
I've added as much of my system spec as I can find, hopefully this will be ok, if not, please let me know and I will look for any other system information you require.

I have re-uploaded another crash dump zip, this time round it has actual bytes in it, so hopefully there is something in there to assist you

From where is the vbs one?

Please run following commands in an admin command prompt, zip the output and upload the zip

msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"
systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"

These are the only onces left that I need for proper analysis

I just noticed on the desktop there is a 'temp' file also created by the .bat program, did you also require this, and or is it safe for me to upload this file into a public forum ?

The VBS one just appeared on the desktop after the .bat program had finished running, I take it I should not have uploaded that one, does it contain sensitive information about my laptop ?

If you mean with a temp file a folder, that is created by the tool but not required.

The vbs file contains code that looks like the language C# but isn't, possibly C++ or C.

Please check in Google Chrome if hardware acceleration is enabled:

1. In the right upper corner, click on View attachment 387702 and choose settings.
2. Scroll down and click on 'advanced settings', scroll all the way to the end of the settings.
3. In the part 'system' is the option to enable/disable hardware acceleration.
4. If this option is enabled, disable it and let me know how it goes.

Hardware acceleration makes Google Chrome using hardware to execute some functionality faster than possible with software, this however could sometimes cause problems.


Please uninstall everything of AMD using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Toshiba. The exact model number is the Toshiba Satellite L555-10R ( its the 17inch version not that would make any difference )
