Random BSOD, htpc with ssd

Well, something is really wrong, I believe with ssd, because when I used hdd as storage no problems what so ever, frequent BSOD 0xf4, 0x7a, 0x0a and freeze is present, chkdsk show no problems, no bad sectors, memtest ok, latest ssd firmware, win7 x64 updated

Intel Celeron J1850 @ 1.99GHz
4,00GB DDR3 @ 666MHz
ASRock Q1900B-ITX
Intel HD Graphics
59GB TS64GSSD340 ATA Device (SSD) Transcend
No optical disk drives
820-01b mini itx case 65w external power

.. cdrom failed and controller error confuse me more, since I dont have cdrom or Harddisk3 on htpc, bsod usually f4 or 7a ..


any help would be appreciated!
