Hello guys,

I'm having problem with my pc. It restarts randomly and I'm getting different errors. I run the Windbg and I still can't find the cause of the error. I also checked my hdd and memory for errors but got nothing.

I hope you can help me fix this problem.

Hello and welcome Iamhealed now a few things to sort out and for elimination purposes try these if you can maybe the first two in safe mode

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html < use the /f and /r options in Option 2 if necessary

http://www.superantispyware.com/

http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

download from bleeping computer – delete any rubbish these find.

Now another thing is what are the temps in the machine run Speccy and let us know http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
See this and let us know the results

UsingHW Info PSU

Download HW Info and pick the right bit version -
HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download - (or copy and paste this site into the search bar) If you do not need the running information in the smaller right hand panel close it. In the left hand window click on the + for the individual device groupings and they will open out to the various components.

Go on opening out further until you get to the device itself. click on it and it will highlight. In the right hand window there will be a very detailed description of that device as in brand, speeds model number etc etc These are very detailed and are just what is needed for searching for drivers etc.

To get the PSU volts you need to select the Sensor button circled in yellow in the pic for PSU testing do the same and scroll down the readout as in my pic to where it has Nuvoton = yours might be a different section name / title. Post back apic of that please.

If you want a more definitive test see this
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/301799-psu-test-dc-output-voltage.html but please only use a digital multimeter and not an analogue as they inject typically 9v into a circuit to test and into a 3.3v or 5v rail - not a good idea!!see the partial pic of the correct sort of meter in that tutorial. details if you scroll down that listing.

Now a good reference article is this
Voltage Rails - Power Supply 101: A Reference Of Specifications it will explain in detail what the voltages are and functions of the PSU

These are just to rule out the obvious suspects
NB Your readout will look the same as in my pic because that is an Asus board too - my Ivy Bridge
As I said these are just the preliminary things there is more that we can do.

Hello,

Thank for replying. I installed and run all the tools you have suggested. I got nothing except for a high temperature of my cpu. I noticed that when playing online games, the temp goes up as high as 90+c. I have other pc with the same specs but they don't restart even the cpu temp goes high.

Have you seen the dump files I have attached?

Thanks.

Ok mate the temps are really a bit of a worry I cannot track down that CPU properly to find the max temps etc so could you please post the system specs without them it is very difficult to do much at all.
Now the dump files I only get linked to a site I have never heard of before please go to the top of the thread page and use the instructions listed in the BSOD Posting instructions it is the link highlighted in blue.
For really detailed system specs you can again use HW info see this -

Using HW Info general components

DownloadHW Info and pick the right bit version - HWiNFO, HWiNFO32/64 - Download - (copy andpaste this site into the search bar) If you do not need the running informationin the smaller right hand panel close it. See my picfor an example - in this I have opened out one my components and then highlighted one of the one you need andyou can see the detail.

You don't have to of course you can use this http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html
