Hello all,

I have done a few fresh installs of Windows 7 Pro x64, however I have been unable to resolve BSODs that occur seemingly randomly. I have tried updating my drivers in regards to sound, video, ahci, and chipset drivers but to no avail.

My specs:

Phenom 9600 stock, never oc'd
4x 2gb OCZ PC2-6400 stock
gigabyte ga-ma790x-ud4p mobo
Radeon 4670
1tb Western Digital 10 sata
1tb Samsung sata
sata dvd burner
-all drives set for ahci

The minidump and associated xml file are attached in the zip.

Your help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Well that was an interesting dump. Probale cause Memory corruption. Files involed WMP, jraid, ntoskrnl.

There is one driver that was involved and fairly old. (2006) jraid. I assume its a RAId controller software probably jmicron.

I would
download memtestx86 and run it (overnight preferable)
run a system file checker to verify your system files. torun sfc type cmd in search>
right click and run as admin>sfc /scannow and let us know the results.
Check the temps just in case

If you get more BSOD's you might as well upload them so we can narrow the focus.

Hope this helps

Ken

Thanks Ken for the speedy reply :D

I was watching a movie at the time which is prolly why wmp was in the dump, however the bsods do not seem to require wmp running. Computer temps are all within normal specs as well.

I will be sure to follow your suggestions and get back to you tomorrow.

Thanks again for the help!
