I was able to run the blend test with 3 sticks of RAM for 11h11m without any errors - I had to stop it at that point because I needed the machine for some nightly jobs. Is that sufficient? If not, I have all weekend to run continuous tests.

Take out the three RAM cards and put the other three RAM cards into the same slots.
Run the same blend test again, 4-5 hours should be enough to check for stability.
Be sure to watch the CPU core temps.
If that passes, then install all six RAM cards and bump your DRAM voltage to 1.580v and your QPI/Vtt voltage to 1.220v.
Run the same blend test for 4-5 hours.
In the meantime, one question on bumping voltages:
Is there any risk or downside in doing it? I'm not concerned about it, just trying to learn as much as possible and curious why they aren't just set higher in the first place?

Ran the other 3 sticks for 11 hours with no errors. Proceeded to put all the sticks in and bump voltages as suggested, then ran torture for 16 hours with no errors. Does this mean I'm good and my voltages were just too low? Appreciate any info or links on these voltages and the pros/cons of having them lower/higher.

The RAM default settings are based on 4GB RAM, when you add more RAM you may need to adjust the settings to get it to run stable.
Low voltage settings are desirable, more voltage means more heat, you need to get the lowest voltages that allow your system to run stable.
This will take testing.
The ultimate test is if you get any more crashes.
Run memtest86+ with all of your RAM installed, minimum of 7 passes, this will take a while with 24GB RAM.
Best to run overnight.
Hope your system is stable now. If you get another crash post the full BSoD files again.
