I don't know what to say the only thing I can think of outside replacing the ram is to try updating the bios to see if the system becomes more stable.

Memtest tests the memory, and motherboard outside the windows environment. If you are still having problems within windows it may be a configuration, or software issue.

For starters please run SFC /scannow to verify and repair the OS files.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

Read here for more information http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html

Let us know the results from the report at the end.

I have done sfc/ scannow in cmd, and I got this message "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations"... I can't believe it... everything seems normal and I still get BSODs (after updating some old drivers rarely, but BSOD's are still present). Thank you all guys for helping me, if anyone have an idea what should I do, please, let me know .

OK

1-heat
a)download cpu-z, and gpu-z, both free utilities to keep an eye on temps.
b) With compressed air carefully blow out the heat pipe and surrounding ares.

I can't believe it... This time, I got a different message in BSOD - irql_not_less_or_equal. I don't have a clue what's wrong with my PC :( I'm attaching new minidump... My PC was on desktop, doing nothing, no process in the back, nothing...

EDIT: Maybe I should upload you a current list of drivers, I think there is some driver who's making all this mess.. How should I make a list of drivers with a date or version, so you can tell me which driver maybe causing problems?

Did you ever attempt to update the bios because this is looking more and more like a hardware translation issue to me.

Code:
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:

Arg2: 00000002, IRQL

bit 3 : value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)

Thank you for you answer - I'm not experienced with an updating of BIOS, if it gets something wrong, my guaranty for PC won't be valid and service is too far from my home right now (service where I bought my PC).

And I have another problem that bothers me really - my browsers are crashing randomly, all of them are up to date, so as flash player, java, adobe reader. Please, help me. Download IVT Software

Though I may have found your problem here, this wasn't showing up in the previous dumps but now I'm seeing your full driver list apparently.

Note the following information about your bluetooth device:

VComm.sys Mon Mar 05 07:17:28 2007 (45EC0A58) Bluetooth Serial Port Driver (IVT BlueSolei)
May not be compatible with Win7
http://www.ivtcorporation.com/download/BlueSoleil_Download.php

VcommMgr.sys
Bluetooth VcommMgr Driver (IVT BlueSolei)
May not be compatible with Win7
http://www.ivtcorporation.com/download/BlueSoleil_Download.php

You can see about using the provided link to find updated drivers. However, it may be safest to disable and remove the device.

At any rate this device is loading numerous pre-windows 7 drivers on your system and may explain the instability.

The only other real possibility I'm seeing right now is the memory is actually corrupt and this is causing your crashes.

Code:
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (4e)
Typically caused by drivers passing bad memory descriptor lists (ie: calling
MmUnlockPages twice with the same list, etc). If a kernel debugger is
available get the stack trace.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000099, A PTE or PFN is corrupt
Arg2: 00060f64, page frame number
Arg3: 00000002, current page state

Ok, I updated Bluetooth software, thank you. I'm not going to post any similar minidumps further, but this time, I got 1st time strange error. Maybe this minidump will finally conclude what's wrong with my PC. Sorry for bothering but I don't know where else I can find help :(

There is one item on your driver list that doesn't exist
MpKsl7e76105e.sys
If I had to guess this item is viral no information on it exists anywhere...

Do a full scan with mbam. - Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware is a free download that removes viruses and malware from your computer

also see if there is an update for your bluetooth device
http://www.ivtcorporation.com/download/BlueSoleil_Download.php
everything associated with it is pre windows 7 support.
If you don't use the bluetooth device you may want to just disable it.

Finally I would suggest running a disk check, because the dumpfile is missing some information that should typically be there.
This could just be an indication of a really hard crash too though
