Solved Re-install of win 7 but now no Movie Maker ?

Hi...I have recently re-installed windows 7 home premium...I have been tryinjg to download Movie Maker but keep getting the message that it won`t start...it worked fine before I put a new hard drive in (old one faulty)...I have seen that others have similar problems...is there a fix for this yet or is there something I have done incorrectly when downloading ?

Hope somebody may be able to help with this.

I seem to have solved this by installing silverlight...and a couple of bits from essentials 2011 version...it would not work no matter what I did with the 2012 version but is fine now...seems like silverlight was the fix for me.
